Leaving Comments in Amplifire

Using the Comments Panel

Click the speech bubble icon to reveal the comments pop-out menu.

If and when there are comments, the speech bubble will indicate the number. The comments can be viewed only in the pop-out menu. You'll see who commented what and when, and be able to reply to any comment.

Provide Context for Your Suggestions

Explain the "why" behind your feedback. "This example might confuse new hires because they won't have seen this system yet" is more helpful than just "change this example." 

Be Specific and Actionable

Point to exact locations and describe precisely what needs to change. Always suggest a concrete solution or direction rather than just identifying problems.

Instead of this: Say this:
This is confusing. The third paragraph in the Explanation uses undefined jargon—consider defining 'residual risk' or adding an example.

This is wrong.

The section on data retention states 90 days, but our current policy is 180 days. Please update to reflect the current timeline and add a note about the recent policy change.
Add more detail. The troubleshooting section needs specific error codes and their solutions. Please include the three most common error messages customers encounter: E001, E047, and E223, with step-by-step resolution steps.
This seems off. The cost calculation in paragraph 3 appears to use outdated pricing. Please verify against the current rate sheet (v2.3) and update the example to reflect Q4 2024 pricing.
