2. Adding new questions
To add a new question to a module right from the module panel:
- Expand the carrot next to Add new question.
- Select your desired question type
- Name the newly-created question added to the list of questions in the module
3. Adding existing questions
To add any question from across an account, click Add existing question. This will expand a menu of questions to choose from. Select all that apply and choose:
- Add as new to add the question without linking it to the old question. You can freely edit the newly copied question without disrupting the question where it exists elsewhere in the account.
- Add and share to add the question and keep it linked to where it appears elsewhere in the account. This action will apply any edits made to the question within the new module back to the original question.
4. Adding unassigned questions
There are a couple of ways to add a question that has not been assigned to a module. The first, available from the three-dot menu, is to click Add unassigned question to expand the window below from which to choose your unassigned question(s).
- Select which questions you would like to add
- Click Add
The second way requires that you scroll to the bottom of the course page to the panel titled Unassigned Questions. From there:
- Select which question(s) you would like to add
- Click Add to Module
- Select the module where you want to add the questions
- Click Add to module
5. Chain questions
To easily chain questions within a module, click Chain questions. This will reveal a checklist menu that you can select 2-5 questions to chain. You can only chain questions that appear within the module who's menu you expanded.
6. Removing and 7. Deleting Modules
Depending on how permanently you want to get rid of a module, you can remove or delete it.
To simply remove a module from a course, open the three-dot menu and click Remove module. You can remove a module from a curriculum at any point (pre or post-publishing).
To click Delete module is to permanently get rid of content. There will always be a double dare in place if you select the delete button since it is a permanent action. Please note that any modules you delete within your current course will be deleted everywhere, including other courses they appear in unless they are shared.
